Jared Ross - Founder and Head Instructor
Jared Ross has served for 13 years in the Army. A former 82nd ABN 11 Bravo, he spent the majority of his active duty career as an 18B, Green Beret Weapons Sergeant. He has done multiple combat tours in Iraq, Afghanistan and other glamorous places around the world. He has trained and led multiple US and foreign soldiers. After spending several years with one of the active duty Special Forces Groups (SFGs), in mid-2012 he transferred to one of the reserve SFGs. He serves as an instructor for the Special Forces Advanced Urban Combat course where (when not deployed) he is the NCOIC over Marksmanship and runs the force on force.
Dave served 9 years of active duty with the United States Army, in the Infantry and US Army Special Forces. Military qualifications include: Ranger School, Airborne School, Pathfinder School, S.E.R.E School, SFAUC, TCCC, and the Special Forces Qualification Course. Dave completed three combat deployments during his time in service. Dave is currently a Patrol Officer and SWAT team member for a large New Hampshire agency, where he is also a department TCCC instructor, and state certified ALERT (Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training) instructor and Multi-Assault Counter-Terrorism Action Capabilities (MACTAC) instructor.
After a short stint in the Navy, Garry spent a few decades shooting competitively. Having achieved master class and winning a state championship, he redirected his focus from games to fighting. For the last decade he has taken dozens of training classes from various world renowned instructors and continues to do so. In the last few years he has taught thousands of students in a variety of classes including Pistol, Carbine, Medical and Force on Force. Bugging out and teaching bug-out classes are a passion of his. David Bolton is currently a full time Deputy Sheriff holding the rank of Sergeant. He has 14 years of law enforcement experience. David is currently a Patrol/Explosive K-9 handler assigned to the US Marshal Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force. David is certified instructor in the following areas, handgun, NRA Tactical Shotgun, Patrol Rifle, PPCT Defense tactics (empty hands and intermediate weapons) OCat (pepper Spray), Taser, CPR, AED, First Aid and ALICE active shooter, He is also a certified AR-15 / M16, Mossberg 590-500 shotgun and Glock armorer. David also served in the US ARMY for 15 years. During that time he served as a infantryman (11B) in various units. David attended various schools including SOTIC (Special Operation Target Interdiction Course) where he also instructed.
Kirk is a lifelong shooter, and has been an NRA certified instructor for nearly a decade. He has also competed at national events in 3 gun, preferring to shoot the Heavy Metal class, and in Cowboy Action Shooting, preferring the "Gunfighter" class. A strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment, he teaches handgun, shotgun, and carbine, with an emphasis on beginners classes.
A known FN FAL fetishist (although he refuses to wear short shorts), he also helped developed the battle rifle curriculum, and regularly shoots FAL's in his spare time. He is also a Type 7 FFL, an NRA Life Member, and a known hoarder of SMLE's.
William Redheffer is a five time combat veteran who has served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a certified Army Sniper with extensive knowledge in multiple long range precision rifles. William served five years as an Assaulter in the elite US Army Special Operations (1st Ranger Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment, to be specific) and ten years total military service (he currently serves as the Sniper Section Leader in the National Guard).
William is a certified level 3 Modern Army Combatives (MACP) instructor and spent two years as a full time instructor at FT Carson Colorado. As an instructor, he certified and assisted in hundreds of level one and two MACP classes. William represented Ft Carson as a competitor in the All Army Combatives Tournament as well as dozens of Jiu-Jitsu Tournaments throughout Colorado.
Most recently William deployed to the US Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan and served on the Department of States' Emergency Response Team (ERT). After four months of diplomatic security William got picked up by Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). His primary duty while with JSOC was as the subject matter expert in Sniper operations within the Special Operations battlefield.
William’s certifications are as follows; US Army Ranger School, Sniper School, Airborne School, Explosive/Tactical Breaching, Combat First Responder, FBI Tactical Pistol Course, Vanguard Tactical Fighting, Battlefield Forensics, Fast Rope Master, MACP level 3, Advanced Land Navigation Course, NRA Certified Instructor for Pistol Rifle and Shotgun, World Protective Service, Department of State Emergency Response.
Doc Pete enlisted in the U.S. Army in September 2003, and attended Basic Training/AIT at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri, as an MP. He graduated the Special Forces Qualification Course in January 2008 as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant, and was assigned to an active Special Forces Group (Airborne) for over six years. He's currently an instructor at the Special Warfare Medical Group.
Doc Pete has completed three trips to Operation Enduring Freedom, and four to different countries within his Group's assigned Area of Responsibility, totaling approximately 27 months overseas. His special skills include: Airborne, Special Forces Medical Sergeant Course, SF Advanced Urban Combat Course x 2, Military Free Fall School, SF Advanced Reconnaissance Target Analysis and Exploitation Techniques Course, ASOT Level II course and Static Line Jumpmaster.
